The WSET level 2 course is aimed at wine enthusiasts and wine industry employees alike. It is slightly more in depth than the WSET Level 1 course and is aimed at those who really love wine and want to learn more. The Level 2 also differs from the Level 1 course in that it also covers some spirits as well assparkling wines.

She is the immediate past president of the US Cider Association so she has first-hand knowledge of what is a growing industry, and a mega on-trend product. From their Brut Sparkling, aged 18 months for a richer dry champagne alternative, to Ice Cider, aged 6 years in French oak, it's a tasting you won't want to miss!
