Dandelion Tasting with Zar Brooks at Edgbaston

We are joined by the legend Zar Brooks from Dandelion Vineyards, one of our best-selling producers of all time. Zar is one of the most entertaining hosts you will ever have for a wine tasting. You are genuinely in for a treat.

Dandelion vineyards were conceived when Elena and Zar Brooks set out to create wines from heirloom (old vine) vineyards in Mclaren Vale and use these stunning vineyards to produce wine that was different to the wine that was made at the time in Australia. Subsequently, people have copied this style. However, Dandelion have a knack for describing the sense of place in wine, and the story behind each vineyard brings an extra dimension to the wines. Over the years, they have won almost every award, including being made one of the prestigious 5-star vineyards by James Halliday.
