End of year 2023 and we are keeping our new tradition going – a fine tradition of fine wine tasting.
We’ve tried some outstanding wines of Burgundy and Bordeaux, and it’s time to explore other countries! This December we’ll be visiting one of everyone’s favourite wine producing territories – Italy. This country has so much to offer, and each year Loki’s Italian wine collection grows. Italy has such a huge range of terroir, and it’s hard to grasp the diversity of wines this country has to over, but we’ll do our best to cover the finest.
During this exclusive event, you’ll have the chance to explore the unique connection that Italy has with wine lovers. With each glass we hope to whisk you away to Italy’s revered vineyards: from lively and expressive white wines to exquisite and robust reds.
We’ve carefully selected a remarkable array of wines crafted by celebrated winemakers who have committed themselves to encapsulating the spirit of each region. With producers such as Vajra, Fabiano, Masi, Avignonesi, and many many others, we have a great choice of outstanding wines to present. Our wine experts Radu (Edgbaston store’s manager and a Master of Wine student) and Melissa (City centre store’s manager who’s working through her WSET Diploma) with guide you through 6 outstanding bottles.
This marks the fourth date in our fine wine tasting series. Our goal is to maintain an intimate and small setting for each event, ensuring that everyone can truly savour the tasting experience and have ample opportunity to appreciate each wine. As always, we’ll have time to discuss the wines and all bottles will be available to purchase after the tasting.
This tasting will be sold on a strictly first-come-first-served basis and is limited to 10 people.
