HERD IT ON THE GRAPEVINE PART 2

Following on from the stunning wine dinner we did at the beginning of the year, we have had the opportunity to host an intimate 30 person tasting featuring some great wines, and of course some superb rare breed beef!
The meal will start with a drink’s reception and canapés, followed by a three-course menu and four wines (the main course is huge and will require two wines!), where Anderson’s Bar and Grill will showcase some of the finest cuts of beef money can buy, including a Porterhouse, a Wagyu Tomahawk, and British White braised beef ribs.
This is the tasting dinner for you wine and meat lovers and will hopefully show you the ultimate why the combination of simple but high-quality meats with premium wines, is one of the perfect wine pairings. Head chef and owner Dan Anderson will craft the perfect dishes to complement the wines pair by Phil Innes owner of Loki Wines, and the event will be hosted by Phil who will talk through the wines for each course, whilst Anderson’s Bar and Grill will talk you through the various types of beef, and what makes their beef some of the best around.
