Join us on a Friday evening and explore a diverse selection of seven exceptional wines, including sparkling, white, orange, and red varieties. Each wine in this exclusive tasting is crafted with minimal intervention, offering a unique and authentic expression of the vineyard and its environment.
What is Natural Wine?
While natural wine doesn’t have a strict legal definition, it is often described as being made with the principle of “nothing added, nothing removed.” This means it is typically produced using organic or biodynamically grown grapes, with little to no chemical treatment in both the vineyard and the winery. Unlike conventional wines, natural wines avoid synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers during farming, and the winemaking process is kept as simple as possible — without adding or removing elements such as cultured yeasts, enzymes, or sulphites. The result is a wine that truly reflects the terroir, grape variety, and natural fermentation process.
Natural wines have received some bad press, and it’s true — there are poorly made ones. However, there are also talented winemakers who take great care in producing exceptional wines that are pure, vibrant, and alive with a distinct personality. These are the wines we want to highlight in this tasting.
