Mandrarossa is completely unique inĀ Sicily; founded in 1999, but conceived 20 years prior to that, they put research and innovation above anything else. The 20 years they spent researching the vineyard sites and mapping the terrior of the whole of Sicily allowed them to identify plots perfect for each grape variety. This level of research and precision is unheard of, and is why Mandrarossa are so highly regarded within the global industry.
During this tasting, we will discover Sicily’s three key grape varieties (Grillo, Frappato, and Nero d’Avola) while discovering what makes the island such a unique terroir for producing wines.
