For our first tasting of the year we thought we would go back to our favourite country for wine, France. We will be featuring three wines from across this broad and diverse country.
France is often looked down upon from modern wine consumers as being old fashioned, or stuffy and overpriced. However in recent times France has been having a real resurgence showing modern winemaking techniques and stunning examples of diversity in wine, even in some of the more traditional areas. We are going to be showing some great examples of both traditional (but not obvious) and modern regions.
