We currently have six different volumes of our Cheese & Wine Tasting, each with its own selection of wines, cheeses and flavour combinations. So, if you have joined us before, your next tasting will not necessarily be the same. Simply book a different volume and enjoy a fresh set of pairings.

- Franciacorta with Chaource – fine bubbles and crisp citrus acidity bring freshness and definition to the cheese’s rich, velvety texture
- Godello with San Simón da Costa – ripe orchard fruit and subtle mineral notes complement the cheese’s distinctive smoky character while maintaining balance and freshness
- Grüner Veltliner with Comté – bright acidity, white pepper and stone fruit flavours enhance the nutty complexity and crystalline texture of this alpine favourite
- Rosé from Provence with Valencay – delicate red berry fruit and refreshing acidity suit the cheese’s creamy goat’s milk character and subtle herbal notes
