At Loki we offer the broadest range of cheese & wine tastings in Birmingham. This is our most popular wine tasting, and we are fortunate to pair with Birmingham’s leading cheesemonger Anderson & Hill. We promise to give you a unique tasting experience hosted by experts from both the cheese and wine side. 

Cheese & wine is a classic pairing combination, but one that a lot of people don’t quite understand. One of the classic myths is that cheese is just a simple match with Port, however we will show you that the flavour combinations in cheese does not lend itself to Port (except for the classic Port & Stilton). By the end of the course, you will be able to show your friends your skills at matching at dinner parties and learn what is required to pair the different components of cheese with wine. 

We have seven versions of our cheese and wine tastings so you can explore a number of different cheese & wine combinations. These cheese and wine tastings are very popular, so we recommend booking in plenty of time.
