We start with a Champagne or Sparkling Wine reception, providing everyone with a chance to catch their breath and introduce themselves.
Networking and socializing follow the reception, with food and wine being provided.
You can then choose from a variety of options:
1. We take small groups to one side for a private wine tasting hosted by one of our highly experienced staff. Conducting it in small groups allows the networking element to continue, whilst people can interact in small groups and be guided through a choice of wines we select for your event.
2. Guests have the room to themselves and can visit a designated wine tasting table whenever they wish to sample the wines. Our knowledgeable staff is available to pour a glass of wine and discuss each bottle. This option is preferred by most of our customers as it offers the freedom to move around and network while still having the option of a personalised tasting experience.
3. If you prefer to skip the tasting element and only have a selection of drinks available, this option may be best suited for your event. We will work with you to establish a budget, with a minimum spending limit in mind, and provide you with the drinks and food of your choice.
4. For smaller groups (10-20 people) you may want to choose an option where guests have a glass of fizz to start, and after have a flight of 5 wines. Our wine experts introduce a different wine every 15 or so minutes, and this way everyone participates at the same time and have a little break in between to socialise.
