Christmas Delivery
- The cutoff for orders to ensure delivery by Christmas is Friday, 19th December 11 am.
- Please note that the weeks leading up to Christmas are our busiest time of the year, so small delays may occur.
UK-Wide Delivery
- Price – £9.50 or free for orders over £130.
- Delivery time – orders placed by 12 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched within 1–3 working days using a 24-hour delivery service.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if ‘safe place’ delivery is requested.
Local Delivery
- Price – £7.96 or free for orders over £90.
- Delivery time – delivered by local courier on Thursdays for orders placed by 2pm Wednesday.
Store Collection
- You can collect your order from any of our stores free of charge.
- A member of our team will be in touch as soon as your order is ready for collection.
UK-Wide Delivery Exceptions
- There may be extra charges for some postcodes including but not limited to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and British overseas territories.
Online Tastings Delivery Cut-Off Times
- 12pm on the Thursday before the tasting, however as couriers can take longer we recommend ordering before the final cut-off.
- Store collection is available up-to the hour before the tasting begins – please mind that cheese sets may not be available too close to the tasting.
- Perishables Notice:
When ordering for delivery outside of B postcodes, please note that we dispatch using a 24-hour courier service. Cheese sets are carefully packed with food-safe ice packs, designed to keep contents cold for up to 24 hours.
Overseas
From January 1st 2022 we no longer offer international delivery outside of the UK, including Jersey.
