How does delivery work?
Delivery is included in the price and handled by us, ensuring your bottles arrive safely while saving you the hassle of organising couriers, packing boxes, or chasing shipments. Bottles can be shipped individually to each of your recipients — ready to be enjoyed — or sent to a single location for you to distribute, with a small discount available for bulk delivery.

Can I design both the front and back labels?
We recommend keeping personalisation on the front label only, as the back carries important legal details.

Will I get design help?
Yes. Our design team can tailor a template for you, or create a fully custom label with your brand colours, logo, or event style woven in.

Who makes the spirits?
All bottles are produced by the West Midlands Distillery, an award-winning, independent local distillery with a reputation for quality.

Can you include extras in the box?
Yes. The distillery can add thank-you cards, gift notes, flyers, or other inserts alongside your bottles. This means each recipient gets a complete package — whether it’s a personal message, a branded touch, or some other gifts.
