Join us at Loki Edgbaston for a fascinating journey into the world of aromatised wines. Vermouth is enjoying a well-deserved comeback — far more than just a cocktail ingredient, it’s a cornerstone of some of the world’s most beloved drinks. Guided by the brilliant Sonia Elias from Cocchi, you’ll explore vermouth’s story from its ancient roots to its place in today’s cocktail culture.
