Crafted from a meticulous blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, this cuvée reflects the diverse landscapes of Champagne, from the chalky slopes of the Montagne de Reims to the clay-limestone soils of the Vallée de la Marne. Each variety brings something unique: structure from Pinot Noir, fruit and richness from Meunier, and finesse from Chardonnay. After primary fermentation, the base wines undergo extended lees ageing in Piper-Heidsieck’s cool, chalk cellars (far longer than standard non-vintage Champagnes) allowing complexity and creaminess to develop naturally. The dosage is kept intentionally low to maintain freshness and purity, ensuring the final wine remains crisp, dry, and gastronomic. The result is a Champagne designed not just for celebration, but for the table.
