Celebrate Valentine’s with an evening designed for food and wine lovers, as Loki Wine Knowle teams up with Eric Lyons Knowle for a special one-night-only Valentine’s Dinner and Wine Pairing. This intimate collaboration brings together thoughtful cooking, beautifully matched wines, and a relaxed, romantic atmosphere perfect for sharing.
Guided by Loki’s wine expertise and Eric Lyons’ food, this tasting is all about discovery, balance, and enjoyment — perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking to celebrate Valentine’s with something a little more special.
What to Expect at Our Valentine’s Dinner & Wine Tasting
– A trio of canapés to start the evening:
- Prawn cocktail bites
- Cocktail sausage rolls
- Smoked salmon blinis
– Two contrasting white wines paired with the canapé course to explore different pairing styles
– A beef-based main course centred around Beef Wellington (served medium-rare), accompanied by:
- Garlic roasted new potatoes
- Mixed greens
- Honey-roast carrots & parsnips
- Rosemary-infused creamed mushroom sauce
– Two red wines served with the main course:
- One classic pairing
- One alternative pairing to compare and contrast
– A dessert course of sticky lemon cake with vanilla custard, paired with a carefully selected dessert wine.
