Torbreck is one of the Barossa Valley’s most respected producers, known for championing old vineyards and classic Rhône varieties such as Shiraz, Grenache and Mataró. Founded in 1994, the estate has built its reputation on expressive, hands-off winemaking and a deep respect for the region’s remarkable old vines.

Cuvée Juveniles stands out because it is made in a fresher, more immediate style than some of Torbreck’s bigger, more powerful reds. The blend brings together Grenache, Mataró, Carignan, Counoise and Shiraz, creating a wine with lovely fruit purity, savoury spice and a charmingly relaxed feel. It is full of flavour, but not heavy.

In the glass, expect juicy red cherry, raspberry and plum, with hints of blackberry, dried herbs, pepper and warm spice.
