Terroir & Winemaking

Fruit is sourced from carefully selected vineyards in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa, where limestone and clay soils contribute both structure and freshness. Grapes are harvested at optimal maturity and fermented in temperature-controlled vats with gentle extraction. Tasting Notes

Deep garnet in colour with brick-red highlights. Aromas of dried cherry, plum and blackberry are layered with notes of vanilla, cedar and tobacco.
