Founded in 2016 by two lifelong friends with a passion for adventure and exceptional spirits, Salcombe Gin combines time-honoured techniques with innovative craftsmanship to create gins of unparalleled quality.

Housed in a beautifully restored boat shed overlooking the Salcombe estuary, their distillery is home to ‘Providence’, a hand-built copper still that produces small-batch gins with precision and care. Inspired by the region’s seafaring history and natural beauty, each expression is crafted using the finest botanicals – many sustainably sourced, including rare ingredients like Macedonian juniper, citrus from Sicily, and floral notes from local Devon hedgerows.
