Darren oversees three of Australia’s most celebrated estates — Yering Station in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, Xanadu in Margaret River, and Mount Langi Ghiran in the Grampians. With a background in chemical engineering and winemaking, Darren brings both scientific insight and hands-on expertise to the craft, making this a rare opportunity to explore Australian wine through the eyes of one of its leading figures.

About the Producers
Xanadu (Margaret River) – Founded in 1977, Xanadu has become one of the region’s leading estates, producing award-winning Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon defined by elegance and precision.
Yering Station (Yarra Valley) – Victoria’s first vineyard, established in 1838. Today, Yering Station is admired for its refined Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz Viognier, showcasing the finesse of Yarra Valley terroir.
Mount Langi Ghiran (Grampians) – Famous for its dramatic granite slopes and cool-climate Shiraz, Mount Langi Ghiran crafts wines with spice, structure, and distinctive personality that have earned cult status.
