Burrata & Frappato – Burrata’s creamy centre and delicate flavour contrast beautifully with Frappato’s light body, red cherry fruit, and subtle earthiness. It’s a chilled red and cheese combo that’s both indulgent and refreshing.
Raclette & Savagnin – Raclette is rich and nutty, and Savagnin (especially oxidative styles) brings sherry-like depth, minerality, and acidity that cuts through the fat while echoing the cheese’s alpine umami.
