Hosted by winemaker and founder Antonin Bonnet, this tasting will feature Pierre & Antonin’s range of fresh, fruit-forward and clean wines — a modern expression of the new wave of winemaking in Southern France.

We’re excited to welcome Antonin Bonnet to Loki Wine Edgbaston for an evening of tasting and conversation. Alongside his friend Pierre, Antonin has built one of the most talked-about projects in the Languedoc. Their wines are bright, approachable, and expressive, striking a balance between modern freshness and respect for tradition.

Pierre & Antonin have developed a style that is refreshingly precise and consistent. This tasting is a chance to explore their vibrant wines — from playful Pet-Nat to elegant Pinot Noir — and hear first-hand how they are helping to redefine French wine for a new generation.

Antonin, the winemaker and founder, will personally guide you through a selection of their vibrant, fruit-forward wines, sharing the stories behind each bottle and their journey in creating a new generation of French classics. Whilst Pierre & Antonin are what some would consider “Natural winemakers” their styles are clean and precise, and are genuinely one of the trailblazing young producers in France. Here, at Loki, we love their wines!

About Pierre & Antonin

Pierre & Antonin is a dynamic winery project founded by friends Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet, both from winemaking families in the Languedoc. After a chance meeting in a New York wine bar on 4th July 2010, they joined forces to reimagine what wines from Southern France could be — fresh, vibrant, and modern, yet respectful of the land and its traditions.

Working from their six-hectare estate near Carcassonne, with vines rooted in limestone and slate soils facing the Pyrenees, they focus on purity, balance, and sustainability. Their range highlights fruit and terroir in equal measure, often released under the broader “Vins de France” designation. With natural winemaking at the core of their philosophy — using little or no sulphites, experimenting with varieties like Carignan, Cabernet Cortis and Souvignier Gris, and adopting environmentally conscious packaging — Pierre & Antonin are already gaining international acclaim. Today, they are recognised as part of the new wave of French winemakers bringing energy and innovation to the Languedoc.
