Sip & Paint: Uncork Your Creativity – City Centre

An after-work evening of wine, colour, and creativity – with Birmingham-based artist Flic as your guide!
Start the night with a glass of Prosecco, then take your seat at the easel. With paints, brushes, and canvas ready, you can relax, experiment, and let your imagination flow. Flic will share tips and encouragement along the way – whether you’re a seasoned doodler or haven’t picked up a brush in years. There’s no set theme. Just simple prompts to spark ideas and plenty of freedom to create something uniquely yours.

And of course, it wouldn’t be Loki without the wine. You’ll get a glass of Prosecco and a quick intro to it to start. Not drinking? No problem – enjoy a soft drink, juice, or one of our sparkling teas as a treat instead. If you are drinking, you can explore our self-pour machines between brushstrokes, tasting at your own pace to get the creativity flowing even further.
Whether you come with friends, a partner, or on your own (we always get a mix!), this is a relaxed and social evening where you’ll leave with a finished painting – and maybe a new favourite wine too.
What to Expect
- A glass of Prosecco or a soft drink on arrival
- All materials provided: easel, acrylic paints, brushes, canvas, and aprons to protect your clothes (paints wash off with water)

- Bold, achievable prompts to spark ideas
- Your own painting to take home (approx. 20x20cm canvas)
- A relaxed, social setting – perfect solo, as a date night, or with friends
About Flic
Felicity (Flic) Blades is a Birmingham-based artist who believes creativity should be fun, accessible, and good for wellbeing. After studying Womenswear Design at UAL and working in fashion, she founded her own creative events business to help people reconnect with their artistic side. What began as a “Drink & Draw” evening has grown into workshops ranging from collage nights to drag life drawing and team-building sessions. Her focus is on making art approachable for everyone – less about technique, more about enjoying the process!
As Flic says: “Every single person is creative. My aim is to put everyone at ease and provide a space where you can experiment, play, and enjoy the act of making something.”
