Return of Goods/Cancellation

Orders for goods (to be delivered) may be cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. The best way to do this is via email to Birmingham@lokiwine.co.uk. Any cancelled order will be refunded as soon as possible, usually within a week. A charge of £10 for collections will be payable in the UK. If returned wines are deemed not to be in a saleable condition, a re-delivery fee will also be charged. Contact us on 0121 212 9440 or email birmingham@lokiwine.co.uk

Your right to end the contract
You can end your contract with us by cancelling your order (see above), if the product you have bought is faulty you may be due a refund. In the case of faulty wine, we may request the return of the bottle prior to processing the refund, if this return is requested the return cost will be paid for by Loki Wine, and the bottle will be tested for faults. If a fault is confirmed the refund will be processed as soon as possible, usually within a week, and no more than 30 days after receipt of the bottle. It is imperative that the customer retains the bottle, cork and contents of the bottle until such time the refund has been processed. Failure to retain these items may void your right to a refund.
