Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc Reserve: Intense Marlborough Sauvignon
Rapaura Springs Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is intense and aromatic, with passionfruit, citrus and herbal notes. Crisp, mouthwatering and long, it is everything you love about Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, and then some.
Rapaura Springs is owned by the Neylon family in Marlborough, New Zealand, and farms sustainably with a minimal intervention approach.
The Reserve is a blend of the best parcels of each harvest, from Marlborough’s Dillons Point and lower Wairau sub-regions. The grapes are pressed straight after picking to keep the aromas fresh, then cool-fermented in stainless steel.
Expect juicy passionfruit, tropical fruit, blackcurrant leaf and citrus. The palate is crisp and fresh, with a salty minerality and a long, mouthwatering finish.
Rapaura Springs Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Food Pairing Suggestion:
Superb with shellfish, especially oysters, as well as white meats, goat’s cheese and chicken enchiladas. Serve at 10–12°C.
