The Australian wine label of Larry Cherubino is the result of the winemaking passion of a couple with extensive past experience. The seed for this brand was planted in 2004 when Larry and Edwina decided to take their passion to a new level. They bought their first plot of land in 2004 to grow their own vines and create unique wines. Since then, there has been no turning back, as the couple has significantly expanded their acreage.
In Laissez Faire winemaking, no tannins, acids, or animal fining products are added. There is zero sulfur use throughout the winemaking process, with only a minimal amount added at bottling. The winemakers use alternate varieties and blends to create naturally balanced wines. From vine to bottle, the wine develops hands-free.
As the name implies, the grapes for this wine were harvested and blended in the field simultaneously. Several parcels were fermented on skins for five days.
This wine boasts strong aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and rosewater, with mineral undertones. It features layers of pear, nougat, Turkish delight, and citrus that harmonise beautifully. The palate is soft and refined, culminating in a subtle yet evident acidity.
