For three generations, this local distillery has produced spirits the only way they know how — by hand. Dr Eamers uses a traditional Alembic Copper Pot Still, which enables to preserve every plant essence. They only utilise the best and freshest botanicals, and every batch of their spirit is superbly clear, and complex thanks to the manual work.
The process begins with carefully choosing the best botanicals, which are then macerated in spirit for 24 hours with juicy juniper berries and fragrant coriander seeds. Then, depending on the recipe, the blend of fresh botanicals are added, which may include, but is not limited to, fresh citrus fruits, fresh berries, lemon thyme, lavender, tellicherry pepper, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, angelica, orris, liquorice root, cinnamon, and bramley apples.
Dr Eamer’s Tropical Gin is a fruity, tropical gin that is distilled with classic botanicals as well as mango, passionfruit, and pineapple. With ripe mango, sweet pineapple, and bitter passionfruit, this tropical drink will take you to warmer tropical climates. This spirit is definitely for gin enthusiasts and still has a strong gin flavour. It goes great with your favourite mixer and in a variety of cocktails.
