Producer
Le Rollier is made by Estandon Vignerons, a cooperative based in Provence, France. Founded from more than 300 vine-growers pooling their expertise, the team works together to strengthen Provence’s reputation for elegant, approachable rosé wines.
Production Method
This rosé takes classic Provençal grapes – Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah – and undergoes gentle pressing followed by cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The aim is purity and freshness: fruit-driven and crisp, with minimal handling to preserve delicate aromatics.
Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink in the glass, it offers aromas of white peach, grapefruit, and wild strawberry. On the palate you’ll find citrus zest, red summer berries, and a subtle herbal lift, all tied together by a clean, refreshing acidity and dry finish – light, elegant, and very easy drinking.
Did you know?
“Le Rollier” is named after the European Roller bird; its soft blue‑and‑pink feathers inspired the wine’s delicate hue and the graceful branding—an elegant nod to local nature and Provence’s identity
Food pairing suggestion: Great as an aperitif or with light summer fare: try with chargrilled vegetable skewers, Niçoise salad, or goat’s cheese.
