Crafted from the indigenous Negroamaro grape, this wine undergoes meticulous hand-picking and sorting before being fermented at controlled temperatures, preserving its inherent fruitiness. The result is the wine displaying an intense yet delicate bouquet of pink grapefruit, peach, and violet. On the palate, it is fresh and well-balanced, with savoury undertones and excellent aromatic persistence. Crisp and pristine!
