Luigi Bosca is one of the oldest family producers in Argentina and has consistently been one of our best-selling wines. Four generations of the Arizu family celebrate 120 years of excellence by tying together the past, present, and future, by honouring the history and showcasing the distinctive terroirs of Mendoza.
The vineyards are situated in Luján de Cuyo, Maip, and Valle de Uco, three of Mendoza’s most known districts, which give producers access to their unique characteristics and give wines that are unmatched.
Each of the wine collections has a unique character to convey: a harmonious fusion of the elements that leave terroir and the team’s imprint, supporting the grapes in their transformation.
The reserve Malbec uses a selection of their best grapes to produce a wine that is elegant as well as rich a bold. It has a distinct fruity profile, sweetness on the palate, and the roundness that this varietal is known for. Along with its well-balanced floral and spicy undertones, this wine also has strong and delightful aromas of varietal typicity and notes of red fruits. Sweet tannins and a great fruity flavour linger on the palate, with a wide, expressive mouthfeel. Straightforward wine, with well-integrated oak from ageing in barrels, and a clear, lingering aftertaste.
Food pairing suggestion: Grilled Ribeye with rosemary rustic potatoes.
