Spirit of Birmingham English Single Pot Still Gin is:
English, as it was produced in Birmingham, England.
Single, as it is manufactured by hand in our distillery, including hand proofing, hand bottling, and hand labelling.
The term “pot” still refers to a mixed grain mash bill rather than our machinery.
SoB Gin is a relatively unique beverage. Only a small number (out of the hundreds of gin brands available) is truly made from grain to glass. It means that the full process is completed on one site: from mashing in to sticking on the label.
A juniper-forward mixture of botanicals, some of which grow within a few metres from the distillery, is added to their famous mixed mashbill. This London Dry style gin is a great sipper and will make your favourite drinks taste even better.
