Villa Noria is product of two wine lovers, Cédric Arnaud and Fabien Gross. They both grew up surrounded by vineyards and winemaking traditions in wine regions – Languedoc and Alsace. They were handed passion and reverence for the land by their winemaking forefathers. Villa Noria, located near the Mediterranean Sea between Pézenas and Montagnac, produces beautiful organic wines that are in perfect harmony with nature and the terroir. The winemaking process is conventional, with no chemical inputs and relatively modest sulphur doses. Their ‘Amfra’ and ‘Basic Instinct’ natural brands are vinified without the addition of sulphur.
This Picpoul de Pinet is a zesty, flowery, and refreshing wine with lemony and citrus scents, a beautiful structure, and a bright, uplifting finish.
