Loki Wine Gift Subscription FAQ

• Subscribe by the 15th to send the box in the same month. If you sign up after the 15th the subscription will automatically move to the following month.
• You can subscribe at any time! Your card will be charged on the 15th of each month for the duration of your subscription. Alternatively, choose the pre-paid option to pay for the entire subscription upfront — simple and hassle-free!
• We aim to deliver your gift box on the last Thursday of each month.
• No swaps or substitutes are available: we choose the wines carefully and hope you can trust our expertise!
• If you’d like to change the type and/or the size of the box at any time please get in touch with us via sales@lokiwine.co.uk and we’ll do that for you.
