Chateau de Fontareche are one of the oldest and most historic estates in the Languedoc, with production here dating back to the 14th century. The estate is now in their ninth generation of family ownership. They use old vines and minimal intervention winemaking to make a wine that is big, bold and juicy, as well as having wonderful pepper and clove notes.
