Space invaders is a skin contact white wine, AKA Orange Wine. This skin contact gives the wines a slight tannin (the dryness you usually associate with red wine). This also makes it the perfect barbecue wine and is a white wine that can be paired with meat dishes.
Food pairing suggestion: Moroccan lamb tagine, aged goat’s cheese
