Greywacke Wild Sauvignon




Kevin Judd from Greywacke was the founding winemaker of Cloudy Bay, and now makes Greywacke, which has built a reputation as one of the best producers in New Zealand. The “Wild” uses wild yeast and a barrel fermentation to give you a really serious foodie Sauvignon Blanc. If you have not tired an oak aged Sauvignon before you must try this.
