This white presents brilliant golden hues and aromas of tropical fruits, particularly pineapple and banana, subtly complemented by hints of vanilla and honey. On the palate, it offers a luxurious creamy texture and a full-bodied richness, with flavours of ripe apple, melon, and a touch of toffee. Aged for 11 months in oak barrels, it gains complexity, depth, and an elegant finish.
Food pairing suggestion: Chicken in creamy Chimichurri sauce.
Did you know? The name Kaiken derives from a distinctive species of goose frequently found in the Andes region.
