Ken Forrester, often hailed as the ‘King of Chenin,’ is dedicated to showcasing South Africa’s ability to produce top-quality Chenin Blanc. Despite the grape’s adaptable and understated nature, Ken acknowledges it as his favourite, noting its potential misconceptions. However, with proper care and sunlight exposure, it yields wines of unparalleled brilliance. While challenging, working with Chenin Blanc is incredibly rewarding.
