About the 2022 Vintage
The nose shows wild strawberry, watermelon rind, rose petal and soft citrus. The palate is crisp and finely textured, with lively acidity and a mineral finish that keeps it refreshing. A perfectly balanced, dry rosé that’s dangerously easy to drink.

The grapes were wild fermented and bottled while fermenting. An entirely natural process with the possibility of fine sediment, which is an indication of our limited interference and inherent quality.
