Provence is the world’s most famous region for rosé wines, and Ultimate Provence is one of its most innovative and exciting producers. Located in the heart of the largest nature reserve in France, near St Tropez, Ultimate Provence is a wine estate that combines a contemporary architectural design, a magnificent vineyard, and a chic and relaxed atmosphere. Ultimate Provence is more than just a winery; it is a unique wine destination that invites you to discover an unexpected and adventurous side of Provence.
Ultimate Provence Rosé is the flagship wine of the estate, and the epitome of a modern and bold Provence rosé. It is made from a blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache, and Rolle grapes, grown organically on a 46-hectare terroir that benefits from a wild and mineral environment. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected to obtain the best juices from the press, which are then fermented at a constant temperature of 16–18 °C and aged on lees to enhance the aromas and flavours.
Ultimate Provence rosé has a pale pink colour with coppery and silvery reflections, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of the wine. It has a complex and expressive bouquet, with notes of raspberry, strawberry, pine, cinnamon, and gingerbread. It has a dry and spicy palate, with white pepper and citrus flavours, balanced by a rich fruitiness and a mineral freshness. It has a long and satisfying finish, leaving a lasting impression of Provence!
Whether you want to share it with your friends and family, or enjoy it by yourself, Ultimate Provence rosé is the ultimate wine for you.
