ZENO’s goal is to create virtuous wines with distinct regional and varietal characteristics that may be softly de-alcoholized for the more discriminating wine drinker on special occasions. An uncompromised delight without alcohol!

The ZENO wine-making process begins in the vineyards in central Spain, where organically grown vines are hidden on sloping hillsides, surrounded by gorgeous almond trees and sheep grazing in lush meadows.

The wines are blended after being carefully vinified in their world-class winery. Then the alcohol is softly removed using the most cutting-edge technology available. The resident MW of ZENO then oversees additional thorough blending and tasting to produce wines with refined fragrance and flavour traits and regional personality.

Zeno Alcohol-Liberated Red is vibrant ruby crimson with an edge of vivid salmon pink in colour. Clearly detectable scents of sweet green pepper, sweet spices, and red and black forest fruits. Ripe blackberries, raspberries, luscious plums, and traces of tart cherry combine on the palate, adding weight to the creamy mouthfeel and textured, satisfyingly lengthy finish are spice, pepper, and sharp tannin.
