Aubert and Mathieu were two friends who took different paths in their carrier but they were brought back together by their passion of wine. Their wines are niche, focusing on terroir, viticulture is incorporating local biodiversity, and making well thought-through choices during winemaking.
Terroir Terrasses du Larzac is a delicious French red blend, produced from 50% Mourvedre, 25% Grenache and 25% Syrah. The wine spends 12 months in oak adding subtle oak spice notes to the blackcurrant, eucalyptus and even garrigue flavours.
Food pairing suggestion: perfect foil for a shin of beef stew.
