Dr Eamer is a Black Country-based distillery, established in 2017. Before the founder found a permanent home for making the gins, he runs the distillery at his own home. It has quickly gained popularity and today the spirits are hand-crafted and produced in small batches in Dudley.
Their core values have always been to use the greatest ingredients they can find to make the best products possible using a truly handcrafted process. To make sure that everyone on the team – from the distillery team to the bar team – understands the distillation process, has the chance to distill spirits with their founder in order to better appreciate the craft.
Dr Eamer’s Garden Gin is a stunningly cool gin that is distilled with traditional botanicals as well as honeydew melon, cucumber, garden mint, and lime. Beautifully cooling with a hint of honeydew melon sweetness, cucumber crispness, mint and lime lightness, and still with a strong gin backbone. This is a true spring/summer cocktail that goes great with a mild or regular tonic and fresh cucumber garnish.
