Dr Eamers has been on the block since 2017 but was producing spirits way before then. In fact, the owner Jordan Lunn have been distilling spirits in the back room of his own house for a while before moving the business into the permanent West Midlands Distillery.
Today it carefully creates the Dr. Eamers’ line of award-winning spirits: handcrafted in small batches by a family of distillers. It is definitely one of Loki’s favourite spirit makers, produced locally at a thoroughly accessible price point.
This is a brand-new, first-ever rum from Dr Eamers’ – Ship’s Physician Rum. Developed from 18th century naval practices and bottled at 57%, this gorgeous golden rum is made by mixing distilled white and aged dark rum, with added citrus for extra strength.
