This was our wine find of 2019, and is constantly a staff favourite, it punches well above its Chablis name, and out performs a number of Premier & Grand Cru Chablis. Julien Brocard comes from a great Chablis family. He has taken the leap into biodynamic viticulture and the results do pay off with this wine.
You get a lovely oakiness with the bright acidity and crisp minerality of Chablis coming through. It is crisp, refreshing and stony like a great Chablis should be but with a weight, texture and length belying its village level status. Just glorious.
