Galicia’s Atlantic coastline is home to some of Spain’s most captivating white wines, and no winery has done more to shape the reputation of Albariño than Pazo Señorans. Widely regarded as one of Spain’s finest white wine estates, the winery has been at the forefront of the Rías Baixas appellation since 1979, when Marisol Bueno and Javier Mareque transformed a historic country estate into one of the country’s most influential producers. Join us for a rare opportunity to discover the wines of Pazo Señorans, hosted by the estate’s long-serving Export Manager, Javier Izurieta.

Nestled within a beautiful granite-built estate dating back centuries, Pazo Señorans has become synonymous with elegant, terroir-driven Albariño. The winery was the first to demonstrate the remarkable ageing potential of the variety, challenging the perception that Albariño should only be enjoyed young. Through extended lees ageing and careful bottle maturation, the estate produces wines of extraordinary texture, complexity and longevity, culminating in Selección de Añada, the first white wine ever to receive a perfect 100 points from the Peñín Guide.

Over two relaxed hours at Loki Great Western Arcade, you’ll explore five remarkable expressions of Albariño, revealing how a single grape variety can produce wines of incredible diversity.
