They are really trying to break out of the traditional heavily oaked styles and create something that is fresh and fruity. This is a great blend of international (Sauvignon) and Spanish (Verdejo) the combination of the two varieties creates something that is fresh and instantly pleasurable, and hopefully will transport you to the Spanish summertime.
