Cà dei Maghi is a small estate situated in the heart of Valpolicella’s rolling hills, near the center of Fumane. The vineyards are all located close to the farm: Camparsi (1 ha), Monte Santoccio (1.5 ha), and Monte Sant’Urbano (2 ha). Over time, we have expanded our vineyard holdings while maintaining the distinctive character of our products. This is where our wines originate, deeply rooted in our local terroir.
The Fasoli Fedrigo family began their wine business in Negrar in 1800. In the 1950s, Granny Luigina and Grandpa Fernando started producing wine at Cà Dei Maghi, which also marked the beginning of what is now known as the Agritourism ‘Rama.’ Today, Mari, Giovanna, Paolo, and Ivana continue to uphold the family’s long-standing tradition of wine and food.
The Cru vineyards in Monte Sant’Urbano benefit from a distinctive microclimate and unique terroir, which yield grapes that continually surprise us each harvest.
This Amarone features a ruby red color with subtle garnet reflections. Its bouquet is expansive and refined, presenting aromas of red fruits steeped in spirits, alongside notes of rhubarb, tobacco, cinnamon, and a hint of cinchona at the finish. On the palate, the wine is both enveloping and well-structured.
Food pairing suggestion: Pheasant with walnuts and truffle
