Zind Humbrecht are one of the most famous estates in Alsace, and are one of the great producers in the area. This Gewurztraminer is lovely and floral, but still dryer than some German styles. It is perfect for Asian cuisine, but also great on it?s own with delicious floral and lychee notes.
